Key Responsibilities:
1.
New Dealer Acquisition
o Identify and approach potential new dealers for the company's electric vehicle product portfolio.
o Present dealership opportunities, onboard dealers, and ensure smooth integration into the network.
2.
Dealer Relationship Management
o Maintain regular communication with existing dealers, understanding their needs, challenges, and suggestions to strengthen the partnership.
o Ensure dealer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
3.
Dealer Visits & Feedback Collection
o Conduct regular visits to existing dealers to collect feedback, assess performance, and ensure showroom setup aligns with company branding and operational standards.
4.
Issue Resolution
o Act as the main point of contact for dealers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, ensuring a positive and smooth working relationship.
5.
Suggestions & Improvement
o Gather suggestions from dealers for product improvements, service enhancements, and operational changes. Present actionable insights to senior management for evaluation and implementation.
6.
Q&A Preparation & Reporting
o Prepare questionnaires and collect feedback during dealer visits. Compile detailed reports on dealer performance, market trends, and operational challenges to support management decision-making.
7.
Showroom Compliance
o Ensure dealer showrooms comply with company standards regarding branding, layout, vehicle displays, and customer experience.
8.
Training & Support
o Provide product knowledge, sales training, and operational support to dealers and their staff. Ensure they are up-to-date with the latest product features and sales techniques.
9.
Market Expansion
o Identify potential geographic areas for dealership expansion and market penetration.
10.
Sales Performance Monitoring
o Track dealer sales performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and showroom foot traffic. Work with dealers to drive improvements in underperforming areas.
11.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
o Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to provide dealers with necessary support, promotional materials, and up-to-date information.
Skill Set:
Proven experience in sales, dealer management, or business development, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, ensuring compliance with company policies and showroom standards.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to travel frequently to meet dealers and attend events.
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any relevant degree.
Local language proficiency is mandatory.
Experience in electric vehicle (EV) sales is highly preferred.
