We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Professional to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate market and a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for premium residential and commercial properties.

-Actively generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and online platforms.

-Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

-Organize and conduct site visits and property tours.

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.

-Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

-Maintain a detailed database of prospects, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

-Stay updated with new project launches, market trends, and competitor activities.

-Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client servicing.

Requirements:

1-7 years of relevant real estate sales experience, preferably in a channel partner setup.

Strong knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
