Key Responsibilities:



Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for design

Client Partnership:

Build trusted relationships with UHNW clients and top-tier architects, guiding them through product selection and customization

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company growth targets

Pipeline Development:

Identify and nurture high-value opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence

Project Stewardship:

Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure flawless execution from concept to installation

Market Expansion:

Represent Artius at industry events, design expos, and private gatherings to elevate brand presence

Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance metrics Identify, approach, and convert high-value leads, especially from HNI/UHNI segments Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and influencers Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits Work closely with the design and execution team to deliver seamless client experience

Desired Candidate Profile:



Experience in Sales open to candidates from any industry Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized Background in luxury goods, real estate, interiors, or premium services is an added advantage Proven success in high-touch sales environments (luxury goods, architecture, design, or real estate preferred) Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term growth Experience working with architects, designers, or UHNW clients is a strong advantage Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Passion for design, sustainability, and craftsmanship Willingness to travel regionally

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
