Regional Sales Manager (White Goods - Gujarat) You'll be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within your assigned region, managing a sales team, developing strategies, and building strong customer relationships, while also overseeing sales operations and reporting on performance. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals.- Set sales objectives and quotas for the region and individual team members.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.Team Leadership and Management:- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff.- Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve targets.- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.Sales Operations:- Monitor and analyze sales performance data.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.- Manage the sales budget and expenses.- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.Market Analysis and Planning:- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.- Identify potential new markets and customer segments.- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets.- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Qualification And Experience:1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Home Appliance and Consumer Electronics Industry having experience in Dealer /distribution sales and channel management and knowledge of Gujarat Market.2. Proven track record in sales, specifically in White Goods, and Small Appliances.3. Strong network and ability to immediately onboard key partner4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.5. Strong leadership and team management skills.6. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.8. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mind-set9. Ability to travel extensively within the region as required.10.
