: Senior Regional Manager
For territories - Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan (additional experience preferred for xe2x80x93 Gujarat, Himachal,
Madhya Pradesh)
Headquarter xe2x80x93 Hisar/Chandigarh/Jaipur
Responsibilities:
xefx82xb7 Oversee all sales and development aspects within specified area.
xefx82xb7 Coordination and management of other team members.
xefx82xb7 Reporting to head office, on a specified basis.
Key Skills Required -
xefx82xb7 Have handled a team of 20+, should be excellent in team coordination and follow up.
xefx82xb7 Should have handled an Asset under Management of 10 cr and above.
xefx82xb7 Should be able to travel minimum 20 days in a month.
xefx82xb7 Should have adequate knowledge of cropping pattern and agricultural trends.
Additional Skills -
xefx82xb7 Should be competent in creating projections/planning for sales and distribution
xefx82xb7 Field development (should have worked progressively for field development activities,
generating demands at base level).
xefx82xb7 Should have adequate knowledge about Organic Fertilizers & pesticides.
xefx82xb7 Should have adequate knowledge about Channel development (dealer / distributor Model
xe2x80x93should have appointed/managed distributors/dealers in each of the aforementioned
states).
xefx82xb7 Adequately equipped with computer skills (Presentation, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc)
budgeting, sales plan and other necessary documents.
xefx82xb7 Updated with latest trends in fertilizer market.
xefx82xb7 Should have adequately knowledge about impact assessment of fertilizer usage.
xefx82xb7 Preferably worked with Govt. Organisations.
xefx82xb7 Should have decent experience of logistics, warehouse, and operations.
xefx82xb7 Should be adept in creating own team.
Educational Requirements: MSc /BSc (agriculture).
Experience: 7 or more years
Benefits and Compensation: 8-10 Lakhs PA '
