Role and Responsibilities :- The candidate shall be responsible for overall performance of the region\'s portfolio including achieving disbursement targets, maintaining collection efficiency parameters etc. - Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of working experience in healthcare finance segment, including working relationship with OEMs/suppliers/dealers - To expand distribution spread, candidate should be able to drive deep-rooted penetration at OEM/Dealers/DSA/Client level with a view to position as \'top of the mind\' recall across sourcing fronts. - Apart from his/her own targets, candidate shall need to ensure required deliverables of all SMs of his/her region. - Ideal candidate should be able to showcase strong leadership skills with a solution driven mindset.
