Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and grow offline sales for

sports nutrition products

including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements within

Haryana

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, gyms, fitness centers, sports stores, and retailers

across major cities like

Gurgaon, Faridabad, Hisar, Panipat, Karnal, Ambala, and Rohtak

. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

through effective channel and team management. Expand the

distribution network

to ensure product availability and visibility throughout the region. Recruit, train, and lead

sales executives

for smooth field operations and consistent performance. Collaborate with the

marketing team

for product launches, brand activations, and local promotions. Track

competitor activities

, pricing, and new product trends to identify growth opportunities. Ensure

timely payment collections

and maintain long-term business relationships. Prepare and present

regional sales reports

and actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience

in the

Sports Nutrition industry

(mandatory). Proven success in handling

regional territories

and achieving sales goals. Strong network of

gym owners, fitness coaches, distributors, and retailers

in Haryana. Excellent

leadership, communication, and negotiation

skills. Willingness to

travel extensively

within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
