Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
based in Surat to lead school partnerships and drive the adoption of our Robotics & AI programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B school sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with school leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new schools for Robotics and AI programs in Surat and nearby regions.
Conduct school visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to principals and decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partner schools.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech sector.
Prior experience selling to schools (Robotics, STEM, Labs, Publishing, or similar) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
