Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in sales management, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Representatives to meet and exceed targets.
Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to drive regional growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with customer service, operations teams to align strategies and support regional objectives.
Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
4-5 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
