Responsibilities:




He will be responsible to manage Business from different region through Plants, OEMS, Consultants, EPC and Dealers. Understanding the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and prepare market strategies that can be used to tap clients. Forecasting Industry wise and Client wise Business Potential at its Roadmap. Thorough knowledge of Mechanical Process and terminology Business generation through contacts and Networking. Product or make approval of targeted Customers & EPC. Strategically plan and achieve the sales targets assigned on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. Appointment of Dealers wherever planned to get entry and servicing of plants. Ensuring Timely payment collection from clients. Timely resolution of customer issues pertaining to sales and service. Organizing technical Seminar incoordination with HO Team. Strongly adherence of MIS & Reporting system is required.




Required Skill




Should have strong Techno Commercial Experience. This position requires travelling of minimum 15 days in or outside HQ town. Excellent communication skills. Strong Networking and Liasoning Skill High degree of self?motivation and ambition. Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.




Desired Skills:



Experience of Project acquisition, working with Liasoning agents and Dealers. Should have experience to work in Cement, Power Plant, Steel Plant, Material Handling OEMs.





Education:





Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA would have an added advantage)





Relevant Experience:





Min. 10 years of experience in relevant field
