Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Experience: 7 years in FMCG retail



Are you an FMCG sales leader ready to take charge of a region and drive growth? We're looking for a Regional Head - Sales (Retail) who can lead teams, build strong distributor networks, and ensure our products thrives in the market.

What You'll Do:



Drive regional sales & exceed monthly/annual targets. Build & lead a high-performing sales team. Appoint and manage retailers, wholesalers & distributors. Analyze competition & develop smart sales strategies. Provide inputs on ATL/BTL activities, pricing & promotions. Ensure strong sales infrastructure & optimum resource utilization.

What We're Looking For:



7-10 years of FMCG sales experience (mandatory). Proven leadership & team management skills. Strong business acumen with decision-making ability. Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills. Passion for achieving targets & driving growth.
