Profile Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion and drive revenue growth in the Mexican market. This role involves working the night shift (aligned with Mexico/US time zones) and will focus on cultivating strong client relationships and executing business expansion strategies within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sales working closely with Mexico & India Sales teams to achieve GTM target Maintain strong control over

ubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, support deal closures, and ensure the team achieves daily KRAs & KPIs or calling, meeting and sales. Ensure Mexico GTM target is achieved. Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the R&D team to share client/prospect feedback, propose feature enhancements, and support product evolution. Support in developing and executing GTM strategies for the Mexico region. Support lead generation, in collaboration with the marketing team. Address challenges faced by the sales team and act as a problem solver and enabler. Coordinate with the Support team for escalations, client retention, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth billing operations. Strengthen customer relationships and retention efforts through proactive engagement. Partner with the Marketing team to organize webinars, exhibitions, and other client engagement activities.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills & Qualities):

Fluency in English along with Spanish. (Optional) Understanding of Mexico & USA markets, with prior international exposure. Valid US visa (Optional).
