- Responsible and accountable for the development and implementation of sales processes, strategies and plan for sales organization.
- Maintain reports and metrices in line with expected L&D KPIs
- Set the priorities, evaluate and assess present Sales team
- Identify best practices FMCG Industry and identify gaps so as to develop the company of market working
- Actively design and develop effective methods and processes to enhance performance of sales organization
- Implement best practices for driving sales productivity and sales optimization
