The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team for the Elevator Division. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and proven leadership skills to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the elevator market.
Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments (Builders, Architects, Contractors, Facility Management Companies).
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
2. Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations for major contracts, tenders, and projects.
Oversee pre-sales activities including client presentations, site visits, and proposal submissions.
3. Team Leadership
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure peak performance.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and take corrective action where necessary.
Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
4. Market Intelligence
Keep up-to-date with competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Provide feedback to management for product and service improvement.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
