Regional Sales Manager East - FMCG/Beauty Care - Kolkata- 6+ YearsWe are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager with over 6 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 4 years as an Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate is currently functioning as an RSM, with proven expertise in handling General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce channels. Experience in managing multiple states, particularly Bihar, Jharkhand, and other East India regions, is essential. • Leading and mentoring Area Sales Managers and front-line teams
• Coordinating with Marketing for brand initiatives and sales campaigns
• Building strong relationships with Modern Trade and General Trade retailers
• Ensuring scheme implementation and market hygiene
• Aligning with C&F agents and cross-functional teams for smooth execution
• Identifying new market opportunities and tracking competitor moves

Requirements: * MBA from a reputed B-school with 6+ years of experience

• Minimum 4 years in ASM/BDM role and currently should be at RSM Designation; exposure to MT/E-Com/Trade Marketing is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, negotiation, and retailer relationship skills
• Proficient in MS Office and data interpretation
