Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

to oversee and expand our sales operations across a specific region. The RSM will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets in the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region in alignment with company objectives. Achieve and exceed regional sales targets by driving business development and increasing market share. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to ensure high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to proactively adjust sales strategies. Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements, solve issues, and build brand loyalty. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses for management review. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to drive regional promotional activities and product launches. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical business practices. Provide inputs for new product development and pricing strategies based on market insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry. Proven track record of managing a regional sales team and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. In-depth knowledge of building material products and market dynamics. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred:



Experience managing distributor and dealer networks. Exposure to both commercial and residential building materials projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
