Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned region to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts in the food, beverage, and nutraceutical sectors
Identify new business opportunities and maximize existing customer value.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Provide technical support in collaboration with the technical and R&D teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's product portfolio.
Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and contractual terms.
Qualification & Required Skill -
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience in the ingredients, food, beverage, or nutraceutical industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional sales management role. Strong understanding of the ingredients market, including trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving new business in a competitive market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present solutions to customers and senior management. Problem-Solving.
Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho or similar), MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
