Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales Head in formulating strategic and operational plans
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Identify and propose relevant
Specktron
solutions to clients
Build and maintain a database of AV distributors, dealers, consultants, institutions, and corporates in the territory
Contact prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct client meetings
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Demonstrate Specktron products to partners, dealers, and end-users
Negotiate and close deals in line with company strategies
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client commitments are met
Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization's value
Stay updated through trade shows, publications, and networking
Accept ownership of new challenges and seek opportunities to add value
Foster collaboration across departments to enhance customer experience

Candidate needs to be a passionate sales professional with a solid background in
AV/IFP solutions
