Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive and grow offline sales for

sports nutrition products

including whey proteins, mass gainers, and allied supplements within the

Delhi NCR region

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, gyms, fitness centers, sports stores, and retailers

. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel and team management. Expand the distribution network to increase product reach across

Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad

. Recruit, train, and lead sales executives to ensure smooth field operations and consistent performance. Collaborate with marketing for product launches, brand activations, and local promotional events. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to identify market opportunities. Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong partner relationships. Prepare and present regional performance reports and actionable insights to management.

Requirements:



5-8 years of experience in the Sports Nutrition industry

(mandatory). Proven success in handling the

Delhi NCR territory

and achieving sales targets. Strong network of fitness professionals, gym owners, distributors, and retailers in the region. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
