We are Hiring a Regional Sales Manager (For Kenya)
Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
Qualification: MBA, preferably with a specialisation in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Regional Sales Targets (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) in alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Lead and supervise a team of Sales Managers/Executives to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
3. Develop and Execute Regional Sales Strategies tailored to market trends, competitor activities, and business goals.
4. Manage and Grow Key Accounts within the region, ensuring excellent client relationships and consistent business traction.
5. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities by generating leads, prospecting, and onboarding new clients.
6. Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities and provide actionable intelligence to the central sales team.
7. Ensure Regional Coverage and penetration across market segments through structured territory management.
8. Collaborate with Internal Teams (Design, Marketing, Operations, Installation, and Service) to provide end-to-end customer solutions.
9. Coach, Mentor, and Train Sales Teams, including onboarding of new sales personnel, skill development, and performance enhancement.
10. Conduct Regular Field Visits with team members to support deal closure and strengthen customer relationships.
11. Forecast and Project Sales, prepare business reports, and present regional performance to senior management.
12. Ensure Accuracy in Pricing and Quotations and support profitability through upselling and solution customisation.
13. Track Individual and Team KPIs daily and initiate corrective actions as required.
14. Organize and Lead Sales Training Sessions, workshops, and regional strategy meetings.
15. Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations to build brand visibility.
16. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Retention through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
Performance Metrics:
1. Sales volume and revenue growth in the region
2. Number of new accounts acquired
3. Retention and growth of key accounts
4. Team performance and development
5. Forecast accuracy and reporting timeliness
6. Customer satisfaction ratings
Must Have:
At least 1-2 Years of working as a Regional Manager
