Designation: Regional Sales Manager
Salary: 8-10 lakh fixed per year +
Scope: Leads 3 regions (cluster of ASMs + SOs + distributors)
Minimum Experience 15 Years Plus
FMCG (Snakes Preferable)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver regional (multi-region) AOP sales targets
Ensure full SS + City Distributor + Small Distributor structure is healthy and active
Drive consistent execution, launches, schemes and visibility across all regions
Coach ASMs and enforce KPI discipline and market working norms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
