Regional Sales Manager - Crushing & Screening Equipment



Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering / MBA preferred


Experience: 6-10+ years in capital goods, mining or construction equipment sales


About the Role



Lead regional sales operations for

crushing & screening plants, mobile crushers, feeders, conveyors, and related heavy equipment

. Drive business growth, manage dealer networks & large project accounts.


Key Responsibilities



Develop & implement regional sales strategy to achieve targets Identify new customers in mining, quarrying & infra projects Build and manage relationships with contractors, quarry owners, OEM dealers, EPC companies & consultants Present technical features, configure equipment & prepare quotations Negotiate techno-commercial terms & close orders Monitor competitor activity & market trends to refine strategy Guide & train field sales engineers in the region Regular reporting to senior management on pipeline & performance

Desired Candidate Profile



6-10+ years of B2B sales in

crushing & screening equipment, HEMM, mining machinery or construction equipment

Strong dealer / distributor & key account management skills Solid understanding of process flow, product sizing & plant layout Excellent communication & negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region
