Job Description

Drive

regional sales growth and revenue

for credit card acquisition Achieve

monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

for sourcing and activation Recruit, train, and manage

regional sales teams and channel partners

Expand and manage

DSA, corporate, and merchant tie-ups

Monitor

team productivity, conversion ratios, and cost efficiency

Ensure

compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical selling

Coordinate with

bank partners, operations, and risk teams

Analyze

market trends, competitor offers, and regional performance

Review

MIS, CRM data, and sales dashboards

Drive

process improvements and regional expansion strategie

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
