Primary focus on Individual Contribution (80%) with partial Team Management (20%)
Responsible for front-end B2B sales, targeting mid to large-ticket deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Govt. and Enterprise segments
Sell a diverse portfolio of emerging technology solutions, including:
Software Development
IoT, SaaS, Cloud, Mobility
Data Analytics, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Bespoke Applications
Regular travel as part of the business requirement
Candidate Profile:
12-15 years of proven experience in direct solution sales
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Aggressive, self-motivated, decisive with a strong go-getter attitude
Should have verifiable relationships in the market
Must have experience in solution selling - not inside sales
Candidates with exposure to Government accounts will be preferred
Not considering experience limited to ERP, Pharma, BFSI, Telecom, Education, or box selling
