Develop and execute effective channel sales strategies for lead-acid batteries across Punjab and nearby states.
Build, lead, and manage a sales team including Area Sales Executives and Territory Managers.
Expand and strengthen the dealer/distributor network, increasing market presence.
Drive revenue growth through new channel development and deepening existing partnerships.
Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure team performance.
Collaborate with senior management on pricing, promotions, and brand positioning.
Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and gather key market intelligence.
Ensure top-tier customer service, post-sales support, and uphold the company's brand image.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 10 years
of experience in sales and marketing of
lead-acid batteries
(mandatory).
Proven experience managing a team of
5 or more sales professionals
.
Strong exposure to
channel sales
in
Punjab/North India
.
Deep understanding of the battery/inverter industry, pricing, and dealer network dynamics.
Exposure to
solar or inverter battery
segments is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Age:
30-40 years
.
Must be willing to
work from Zirakpur
and
travel extensively
across the region.
Preferred Background:
Prior experience with companies in
lead-acid batteries, inverters, or solar power systems

Demonstrated track record of revenue growth, channel expansion, and team leadership.
