Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Area Coverage: Entire Punjab & Haryana

Team: 8 VSO (Veterinary Sales Officers)

Job Profile (Short & Simple)

Achieve regional sales targets for Veterinary (Cattle & Poultry) division.
Lead, motivate & monitor 8 VSOs for field productivity.
Plan monthly tour programs, customer coverage & market development.
Build strong relations with distributors, dealers & key veterinarians.
Ensure proper availability, visibility & secondary sales in the region.
Conduct fieldwork with VSOs for training, performance review & support.
Analyze sales reports, competitor activities & submit weekly MIS.
Handle new product launches & execute company marketing strategies.
Ensure discipline, reporting system & adherence to company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
