Regional Sales Manager

One whose responsible for overseeing sales operations within a North India, which includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key duties involve setting quotas, training staff, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and building relationships with key clients and partners.
Strategy and planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives, create sales plans, and set regional sales quotas.
Performance monitoring:
Analyze sales data, track performance, and prepare reports for senior management, which includes forecasting and budget management.
Client and partner relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners within the region.
Market analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹18,581.53 - ₹61,644.28 per month
