Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
in the Institutional and Projects segment
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular market surveys to track competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches .Provide market intelligence and insights to management for strategy formulation.
Lead, guide, and motivate Executives
in the assigned region. Ensure team productivity by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and conducting training.
Maintain strong relationships
with architects, builders, contractors, and institutional buyers.Support project sales and ensure brand visibility at customer sites.
Monitor order booking, collections, and receivables
within credit limits.Submit timely MIS reports on sales performance, dealer feedback, and market trends.Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
