Job Brief
We are looking for a strong and inspiring RSM to lead and grow our sales across India.
This role is for someone who loves building teams, winning markets, and growing businesses.
You will lead inside sales, field sales, and channel sales for three key business lines:
Print-on-Demand (POD)
Corporate & Reseller Sales
Retail & Distribution

Responsibilities
1. POD Business Inside Sales
Lead the full POD sales journey across India
Convert digital leads from website, WhatsApp, and ads into orders
Build, train, and grow a high-performing inside sales team
Set clear rules for lead response, follow-ups, and closures
Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality
Increase repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling
Improve conversion rate, order value, and order frequency
2. Corporate & Reseller Sales
Build and expand a strong reseller and corporate partner network
Appoint and manage field sales teams across regions
Win bulk and institutional orders with healthy margins
Handle key corporate and large accounts
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
Train, guide, and review reseller performance
Build long-term and trusted partnerships
3. Retail & Distribution Sales
Expand presence in multi-brand retail stores across India
Appoint distributors and stockists where needed
Ensure right products are available in stores
Track store sales and stock movement
Run regional sales plans and promotions
Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
4. Sales Planning & Strategy
Own Pan-India sales targets and budgets
Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans
Plan city-wise and region-wise expansion
Balance sales growth with profit goals
5. Team Leadership
Hire, train, and retain sales teams
Set clear roles, targets, and incentives
Coach teams through reviews and field visits
Build a culture of ownership, speed, and customer focus
6. Sales Process & CRM
Ensure full use of CRM by all sales teams
Track leads, orders, pipeline, and collections
Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Improve sales forecasts to support stock planning
7. Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams
Align sales promises with stock and delivery timelines
Reduce delays, issues, and customer complaints
8. Reporting & Compliance
Follow company policies and ethical sales practices
Maintain clear records for pricing and approvals
Share timely reports on sales and risks
Spot issues early and suggest solutions
Qualifications

  • 7 10 years of sales experience
  • Experience in Apparel, Textile, FMCG, or B2B sales
  • Hands-on experience with inside sales and field sales
  • Exposure to Pan-India sales operations
  • Experience in blank apparel, POD, uniforms, or corporate gifting is a plus
