Our Software Security and Quality business is all about building secure software - faster. That starts with our Static testing (SAT), Software Composition Testing (SCA), and Dynamic testing (DAST) tools. We help our customers build security and quality into the DNA of their code. At any stage of the software development lifecycle and across the supply chain. While minimizing risks and maximizing the speed of application development.

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. Does this sound like the role for you?

You will help organizations to develop secure software faster. You will interact at various levels, from development teams up to CISOs, CIOs and CTOs. Your mission is to assess the challenges faced by clients. Assist them on their Application Security Journey. Leverage a wide portfolio of tools and services. Address all aspects of Appsec: people, process and technology.

Your focus is on large enterprise customers in India.

In this position, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Autonomously resolve a wide range of issues in innovative ways on a regular basis.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects and Client Managers. Select methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
  • Create entry points, develop the right approach, and pitch the right solutions to prospects. You will work both independently and collaboratively
  • Represent the organization on business unit and company-wide projects.
  • Guide junior peers with aspects of their job.
  • Frequently network with senior internal and external personnel.
Key Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in selling software to large & complex organizations. A background in selling application security products and services is preferred. You have a history of working with CISOs and heads of technology units. To fulfil their development or application security needs.
  • Be a self-starter, team player and result-oriented.
  • Be very familiar with the software development life cycle, Security by design, AppSec & DevSecOps
  • Have a proven track record of overachieving sales targets and closing complex six and seven-figure agreements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in working with various sales channels including local partners and system integrators is a plus
