This role involves overseeing a regional sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations. Key Responsibility Business target xe2x80xa2 Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums.xe2x80xa2 Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch.xe2x80xa2 Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention of existing customers. Portfolio Quality Management xe2x80xa2 Responsible for management of portfolio quality.xe2x80xa2 Responsible for closure of outstanding post disbursal documentationxe2x80xa2 Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for regularization of the loan Qualification xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, A master's degree is preferred.xe2x80xa2 Proven experience in sales management in the housing finance or real estate sector.
