r :r r Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through:
r Recruiting agents
r Training and developing agents on commission basis.
r Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled
r as per the desired levels.r r r r Qualification: Any graduate
r Experience: Min 2 years of experience in Sales (Pref. BFSI & insurance)
r Good communication
r Salary: - 1.80 L/A - 4.50 L/A + incentives
r Location-PAN INDIA
