Experience Required:
Minimum 2+ years of experience
in target-based field sales
Experience in Area Sales / Regional Sales preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and manage distributor and dealer network
Generate new leads and expand market coverage
Plan and execute sales strategies in the assigned territory
Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Skills Required:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Field-oriented and self-driven approach
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred (not mandatory)
