We have an urgent opening for Regional Sales Manager with our client which is a one of the leading women's innerwear manufacturers in India.Please find below the JD for your reference.:The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor and retail networks, and ensuring a strong brand presence across their assigned region. The role involves strategy execution, team management, market development, and achieving regional targets in the lingerie segment.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national goals.- Manage and grow channel partners, distributors, and retail stores in the region.- Ensure consistent brand visibility and merchandising in all POS (Point of Sale).- Lead, train, and motivate area sales managers and field sales representatives.- Track performance metrics, analyze regional trends, and prepare sales forecasts.- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and customer behavior.- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns and promotions.- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.- Handle escalations and maintain strong customer relationships.- Ensure adherence to credit and collection policies.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Regional sales targets achievement- Market share growth- Retail and distribution expansion- Team performance and productivity- Inventory turnover ratio.Qualifications & Skills Required:- Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).- 6 to 8 years of sales experience in the apparel/lingerie/FMCG/retail sector.- Proven regional sales team management experience.- Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics and retail trends.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.- Willingness to travel extensively.- Salary: up to 10LPA- Locations: Mumbai Chakala AndheriFor more details call or whatsapp on 9925236619 "Refer your friends & Colleagues".
