The Role
Responsible for recruiting, coaching, developing and managing a sales team for effective regional coverage and to optimize sales execution to attain sales targets. Also responsible for developing and communicating sales plans/strategies/objectives as well as identifying and building rapport with key customers and the dealer network. The role reports to the National Sales Manager
