Implementing periodic business plans and strategies in coordination with the vision of the Organization.
Building and maintaining relationships with the clients
Generating daily leads and regular follow up with the team to progress.
Organizing various Sales promotional Events.
Client visits to generate business
Maintaining strong region-wide revenue.
Leading a team of ASMs, BDMs & BDEs
Key Requirements:
8-15 years of relevant work experience
Core industry knowledge and the region (be given to handle), particularly the Medical Equipment Market (Critical Care device/equipment or medical or surgical device/equipment)
