Regional Sales Manager - 811 Relationship Banking (Position Based out of Delhi)
Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Head of relationship banking channel for 811 premium customers.
• Lead a team of Area managers and RMs.
• Portfolio management, Key account management.
• Drive cross buy in the book & achieve PH goals.
• Relationship with group companies.
• Training skilling and recruitment of relationship managers.
• Looking after North and East region of India

• Minimum 7-10 years in relationship management
• 1-2 years of individual experience and leading a team of RMs subsequently.
• Working in multiple cities will be a plus.
• High on energy drive focus - Execution oriented.
• Digital quotient, CRM exposure, Analytical bent of mind.
• High on interpersonal skills/Coaching and grooming
