Strategy & Revenue Generation:- P&L Accountability: Meet and exceed assigned regional sales targets and profitability objectives.- Strategic Growth: Formulate and deploy aggressive regional sales strategies to capture market share and maximize revenue growth.- Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure high-value new business, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.- Channel Management: Closely manage and collaborate with distributors to ensure they meet and surpass collective sales goals.- Market Intelligence: Continuously track competitor activity and emerging market trends to inform and execute tactical counter-strategies.
