About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Head

to lead and manage the sales function for Sameera Land & Constructions. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring achievement of business targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in residential and commercial projects. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results. Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative sales techniques and relationship management. Oversee channel partner development and broker network management. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and project teams to design effective promotional campaigns. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and statutory regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and clients.

Key Requirements



Proven experience (10-15 years) in real estate/construction sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong network of industry contacts and channel partners. Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess market conditions. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
