Manage and lead a team of field sales executives across Shivamogga and nearby areas to achieve sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, companies, and institutions within the region.
Plan and implement area-specific sales strategies to drive consistent growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular field visits to support the team and assess market opportunities.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
Ensure accurate reporting and proper data management of sales activities and pipeline.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reviews for the region.
Oversee timely payment collections and manage outstanding dues effectively.
Represent the company in the region, building brand reputation and client trust.
Skills Needed :
Proven experience in sales leadership and team management, preferably in B2B or field sales.
Strong ability to guide, mentor, and motivate field teams to achieve results.
Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
Highly competitive, target-driven, and focused on achieving business objectives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and handling sales reports and data.
Deep understanding of regional market trends, customer needs, and competition.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of area performance.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for frequent field travel.
