Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Business Head in establishing sales targets.
  • Formulate and Implement Sales Strategy, team building.
  • Sales forecasting and budgeting - Monthly and Quarterly.
  • Project study and marketability of new projects.
  • Determines annual unit by implementing sales strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\'s sales goals
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close deals
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Skills And Qualifications

Qualification: MBA
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others in the team
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of salespeople.
