Role Summary:

Responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets across all regions.

Supply & installation bill submission

Educational requirement:



Experience:



Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 18 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with company goals.

Identify new market opportunities and trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve sales targets.

Set clear sales targets, performance metrics, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met.

Manage the sales budget, including setting up and controlling expenses.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Oversee key account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management team.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline sales processes.

Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
