Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales
operations in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ERP / SaaS /
IT sales, with strong networks in Real Estate, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors. This role
demands ownership of revenue targets, team leadership, and expansion of StrategicERP's
presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition and achieve quarterly & annual sales targets for the Mumbai region.
Build and manage strong C-level relationships with clients in Real Estate, Infrastructure, and
Construction domains.
Identify market opportunities, map key accounts, and develop region-specific sales strategies.
Lead the complete sales cycle - from lead generation, presentations, proposal creation,
negotiations, to closure.
Manage and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring performance against defined KPIs.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver value-driven client
solutions.
Monitor competitor activity and provide inputs to the leadership for product positioning and market
expansion.
Represent StrategicERP at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term account growth.
Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of proven experience in ERP / SaaS / IT solutions sales (preferably in Real Estate,
Infrastructure, or Construction sector).
Strong business development and account management skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong network and relationships in the Mumbai region with real estate developers, contractors,
and infrastructure firms.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing a sales team.
Educational Qualification
MBA (Sales/Marketing) or equivalent preferred.
B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / IT / Computer Science) background will be an added advantage.
