Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Leadership
Own and achieve regional revenue targets in line with company growth objectives.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies based on market potential and competitive landscape.
Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to regional sales teams.
Dealer Network Management
Establish, manage, and strengthen dealer partnerships across the assigned region.
Ensure dealers adhere to Hey Concrete's brand standards, pricing discipline, and sales processes.
Review dealer performance regularly and implement corrective actions to improve conversions and market penetration.
Lead Management & Sales Process Excellence
Implement and monitor standardized lead tracking and follow-up systems across the territory.
Ensure timely lead closure, accurate reporting, and consistent follow-through by dealers and internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and pipeline efficiency.
Architect & Interior Designer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading architects, interior designers, consultants, and influencers.
Lead high-level presentations, product demonstrations, and design discussions to drive specification and adoption.
Represent Hey Concrete at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Track regional sales performance and prepare detailed reports with insights and forecasts.
Provide ongoing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
5-8+ years of experience in sales leadership within building materials, architectural products, surfaces, or interior solutions.
Proven experience in dealer management, B2B sales, and specification-driven markets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
