Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Bangalore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, managing and nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. Additional responsibilities include analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role requires active fieldwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management

Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Customer Relationship Management

Leadership abilities with experience in team management and performance monitoring

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Flexibility to travel for client meetings and regional business needs

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

Proven experience in sales or business development within a relevant industry

Understanding of the pet accessories market is an added advantage

Notice Period

Immediate Joiner Required, who is a native of Bangalore who is well-conversant with the areas around the City of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
