Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct product/service presentations and follow up on proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in IT services or software sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or international client handling
Knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud, or digital marketing
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar platforms
