Bella Malaysia is looking for a dynamic and motivated
Regional Sales Executive
to manage sales activities and drive business growth in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
Identify new business opportunities within the region.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends.
Present products, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently.
Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities to the management.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution.
Requirements:
Experience in sales preferred (furniture/mattress industry added advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage field sales and travel within the region.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Freshers with strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
