Responsible to meet the defined sales targets for West India region broadly covering
Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh , Gujarat

Manage relationship with
appointed distributor
(s) in the region
Responsible for
primary sales
and
relationship management
with
distributors in Automobile Spare Market
.
Lead a team of Area sales managers (1-2) and Sales executives (4-6) to conduct
secondary sales
of the
distributor's
stock
Perform regional demand generation marketing activities, in accordance with the marketing plan
Ensure maximum brand coverage at various outlets in the defined region
Extensively travel across the defined region to develop direct relationship with the key retailers and identify and resolve on-ground business challenges
Prepare and timely share various MIS reports
Must have skills:
Excellent command over written and spoken English
Excellent command over spoken Hindi
Presentable, Confident, Assertive and Extrovert
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of regional sales management experience of one or more of the mentioned North Indian territories
Base Location:
Base Location for this position is Delhi-NCR /Uttar Pradesh.
