Spectrum Solar Power is a trusted renewable energy company delivering high-quality solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Kerala. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Regional Sales Executive to manage and grow our business in the Calicut region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional targets.
Generate leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the region.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams for project execution.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and submit updates to management.
Ensure timely follow-ups and close sales effectively.
Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales; solar or electrical industry experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel across the Calicut region for client meetings.
Good knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.
