Role Overview
We are looking for a highly active and field-oriented Regional Sales Executive who can work closely with
enterprise partners in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and administrative healthcare institutions.
This role involves daily on-ground visits, relationship building with medical professionals, supporting field
execution, and ensuring that partnerships translate into real-world adoption and activity.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. On-Ground Activities
Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and partner locations.
Meet doctors, administrators, and healthcare staff to build strong relationships.
Support partners with on-ground activations, camps, demos, and promotion.
2. Hospital & Doctor Engagement
Conduct in-person product explanations and awareness discussions.
Ensure product visibility and placement of marketing materials.
Coordinate with hospital departments and decision-makers.
3. Partnership Support
Work closely with enterprise sales on implementing partnership agreements.
Help partner teams increase usage and adoption in their assigned areas.
Provide field-level support for onboarding and integration activities.
4. Market Research & Feedback
Capture feedback from doctors, nurses, patients, and administrators.
Monitor competition presence and report market intelligence.
Identify opportunities for expansion or deeper engagement.
5. Territory Operations
Plan daily route and manage territory coverage efficiently.
Conduct medical camps, events, and awareness activities.
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
6. Reporting
Submit daily and weekly reports of field visits and outcomes.
Maintain CRM entries and follow-up notes.
Share field insights with leadership team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications:
1-5 years in field sales, medical representative, or healthcare business development.
Experience working with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic networks.
Pharma, diagnostics, healthcare, or med-tech background preferred.
Freshers with strong field interest may also apply.
Skills required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable traveling and visiting multiple locations daily.
Good understanding of healthcare / hospitals / diagnostics.
Presentable, confident, and reliable.
